Shopping List
Here is a complete list of what you'll need from the grocery store! I've included links (to H-E-B, so sorry if you don't live in Texas, but shoot for something similar) to help in the shopping process. All of the needed ingredients and supplies can be found here:
Seaweed and Rice:
Sushi Nori: roasted seaweed specifically made for sushi - link
Sushi Rice: you'll use a cup and a half, but it will depend on how many rolls you want to make - link
Seasoned Rice Vinegar: you'll use a quarter of a cup, but, again it will depend - link
Sushi Filling:
Sushi Grade or Previously Frozen Salmon: about a half pound - link
Fresh Avocado: a couple ripe avocados - link
Cream Cheese: try to get the cream cheese versus the tub, this will make including cream cheese in your sushi roll much easier - link
